Our services

HemoPhonics Imaging provides sonographer staffing, ultrasound imaging, operational guidance, and workflow consulting related to ultrasound service delivery. Our services help medical facilities across North Texas deliver high-quality diagnostic ultrasound imaging in ways that improve access, support better patient outcomes, and fit real clinical workflows.

Through our division, Prime AI Builders , we are also developing workflow automation support for healthcare intake, routing, follow-up, and administrative processes.

Sonographer Staffing

Looking for credentialed sonographer coverage for your established ultrasound program?

HemoPhonics Imaging connects healthcare facilities with qualified diagnostic medical sonographers for temporary, contract, and per diem coverage across all ultrasound specialties.

Our traditional staffing model is designed for facilities with an existing ultrasound program, documented workflows, established protocols, and the clinical oversight structure needed for a contract sonographer to step in and perform exams effectively.

For facilities with longer-term needs, we also assist on a limited, non-core basis with direct hire placement — helping match the right sonographer to a permanent role when the fit is right.

Not sure which model fits your facility? We assess program readiness before placement to make sure the right service is matched to your actual need.

Managed Ultrasound Services

Need vascular or cardiovascular ultrasound services but require sonographer coverage, clinical oversight, and operational support to deliver them effectively?

Our managed ultrasound service is designed for facilities seeking vascular and cardiovascular managed ultrasound services rather than traditional staffing support alone.  In this model, HemoPhonics provides credentialed sonographer coverage, clinical oversight, and operational guidance necessary to support ultrasound service delivery within your facility.

Every service arrangement includes sonographer coverage and clinical oversight as standard. Depending on facility needs, HemoPhonics may also assist with workflow development, reporting processes, documentation standards, operational support, and ultrasound program coordination. Facilities may utilize their existing PACS infrastructure or, where appropriate, elect to add HemoPhonics-managed PACS and structured reporting systems as a separate service.

Because this service extends beyond traditional staffing and includes additional clinical and operational support responsibilities, pricing reflects the broader scope of service delivery provided by HemoPhonics Imaging.

Ultrasound Access Program (UAP)

The Ultrasound Access Program (UAP) is a coordinated diagnostic vascular ultrasound access model designed to improve patient access through scheduled, volume-based deployment of imaging services without requiring facilities to build and maintain a traditional ultrasound program and infrastructure. Clinics provide patient referrals and exam space while HemoPhonics coordinates scheduling, imaging deployment, and physician-reviewed reporting based on referral demand.

Instead of investing in, building, and maintaining full ultrasound operations, participating clinics gain access to diagnostic vascular imaging through a lightweight, volume-based deployment model.

  • No equipment purchase required
  • No sonographer payroll or staffing costs
  • Patient-pay diagnostic vascular ultrasound model
  • Scheduled, volume-based deployment
  • Physician-reviewed reporting pathway

Imaging Infrastructure & Optimization Services

Need help building, formalizing, or improving an ultrasound workflow?

HemoPhonics Imaging provides consulting and implementation support for facilities that have — or are preparing to develop — ultrasound-related services and need practical guidance around ultrasound operations, workflow design, scheduling coordination, documentation processes, PACS/image access, reporting workflows, and imaging service infrastructure.

This advisory and implementation service is based on the facility’s current needs. HemoPhonics may help assess gaps, document processes, recommend workflow changes, and support implementation planning. The facility remains responsible for executing operational changes, including hiring staff, purchasing equipment, assigning internal oversight, and maintaining the ultrasound program.

Whether you are preparing to launch ultrasound services, formalizing an informal workflow, optimizing an existing imaging program, or addressing operational gaps that affect efficiency or patient access, HemoPhonics brings clinical and operational experience to help clarify the next steps.
