Tina Walton, RVT, is the founder of HemoPhonics Imaging and brings 25+ years of healthcare experience across pharmacy, diagnostic ultrasound, staffing, and outpatient clinical operations.

Her healthcare career began in pharmacy in 1998 before transitioning into diagnostic ultrasound in 2010, with a specialized focus in vascular sonography. Throughout her career, Tina has worked with respected medical institutions across North Texas, where she trained alongside and was mentored by skilled vascular surgeons, sonographers, and clinical teams.

Known for her tech-savvy, versatile, and hands-on approach, Tina has built a career around understanding the technical precision, hemodynamic principles, workflow discipline, communication, and operational support required to deliver quality diagnostic ultrasound services. That perspective shaped the foundation of HemoPhonics Imaging. 

Founded in 2020, HemoPhonics Imaging was built from frontline experience. The company supports healthcare facilities with diagnostic imaging operations, sonographer staffing, in-office ultrasound services, and workflow support designed around real clinical environments.

As HemoPhonics continues to grow, Tina is also developing AI-driven workflow systems through Prime AI Builders to support healthcare operations, communication, intake, and follow-up processes.

Across both efforts, the goal remains the same: better systems, stronger clinical support, and more efficient care delivery.
